Q+A with photographer Marissa Morris

Marissa Morris is a portrait photographer and graphic designer under her brand Missallaneous Media located in Baltimore, MD. She found her passion in the arts at a young age and has been in the industry ever since. She finds joy in creating art and even more joy in sharing it with the world. She sees the visual arts as a powerful tool. It has the ability to communicate emotions through lighting, expression or fashion. But it can also be a way to hold precious memories and document monumental moments. She currently specializes in fashion, beauty and lifestyle photography. Much of her growth has been self taught and she is constantly finding new inspiration from the world around her and the people she meets. Her art can be identified through its use of vivid colors, high-key lighting and playful styles. She has done work for companies including Bravo TV, photographed celebrities like Tinashe and participated in New York Fashion Week.
